Shortly after completing this paper, Bernhard Schlamadinger tragically passed away. Climate Strategies and GHG Offset Services mourn deeply the loss of a great and towering colleague, friend and companion.
We hold this paper dearly as his last research contribution, and as a tribute to him in the field of analysis which he did so much to create and inspire.
